This Privacy Statement governs the use of information submitted by Users by, through, and to the website www.nmvconsulting.com (the “Site”), a property of NMV Consulting, LLC (the “Company”). All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use posted on the Site.

We may collect and store aggregate or anonymous usage information regarding User contact with and use of the Site. User acknowledges that aggregate anonymous usage information may be shared with third parties to illustrate general patterns and trends. The Company may also collect certain limited PII from Users by “passive” means through the use of cookies. We will use this information solely for internal quality control purposes.
